For young peope aged 13-19 then find your local Connexions offices which are based all over Essex.  An excellent start for lots of careers information and guidance

then look under connexions centres and scroll down to find your nearest centre with the opening times. These centres will also be able to tell you about colleges in your local area, and they usually have a prospectus with the latest course information.
