Contract Catering for Schools - November Workshops

Ashlyns have been at the forefront of helping schools to run their own meal service through our “Feeding our Future” project. However, we have recognised that some schools are not in a position to go “in-house” or are struggling to run their own service, so we have devised a new Catering Partnership where we can offer all of the benefits of a catering contractor with a refreshingly transparent approach. We are working with a number of schools in Essex and London both Primary and Secondary with great success and we would now like the opportunity to invite you to our farm so that we can explain the benefits in more detail. You will also get the opportunity to see at first hand the other aspects of Ashlyns such as our training kitchen, education visits, grower’s co-operative (including butchery), farm shop and the restaurant.

Each workshop will run from 11am to 2pm and will include lunch (school meal of course!). A brief introduction will be followed by an explanation of how this new venture may be of interest to you. After lunch we will be happy to give you a guided tour and the team will be available to answer any of your queries.
