Gary Stokes.
Project Manager (Director). Gary is also a co-founder of the project and now manages the company and associated projects.		 Simon Owen.
Training and Development Chef (Director). Simon develops and delivers training courses as well as managing other projects.
Gianni Zanco.
Operations Manager. Gianni liaises with our schools on all matters associated with school meals		 Cath Scanlan.
Education Officer. Cath facilitates the farm education program for schools and other community groups.
Debbie McKay.
Office Manager. Debbie deals with all enquiries regarding the Training Kitchen, education visits, schools and general information.		 Danny Merry.
Training and Development Chef. Danny delivers training as well as developing menus and recipes.
