We're getting to grips with the new beastie of a machine now. On 15th May we catered for a 50th birthday party. Scrummy pulled pork, moist and delicious shoulder of lamb that just fell off the bone in the bottom oven; tender topside of beef and jacket potatoes in the top - all cooked for about 4 hours and turned out perfectly!
Now we've mastered cooking joints of meat we will be cooking a pig on the spit with joints of lamb underneath.
