Chef/Catering Manager - St Margarets Hospital, Epping
We currently have a vacancy for a Chef / Catering Manager to work in our Café at St Margaret's Hospital, Epping providing meals to out patients, staff and visitors.
You must be an experienced, suitably qualified, and confident cook with a professional background in providing meals cooked on site using fresh ingredients.
You should have up to date knowledge of all legislation relating to safe food production - including food allergens and HACCP - and hold an up to date Level 2 Certificate in Food Hygiene as a minimum.
You will also need to be able to communicate in a clear and friendly manner with colleagues and customers and be able to present both yourself and your food professionally.
Please note that if you are selected for interview you will be required to perform a skills test to demonstrate your craft skills.
Salary £18,200-£21,840 p.a. commensurate with experience + 24 days holiday PLUS Bank Holidays - 35 hours per week Monday to Friday
