Scallops make a fantastic starter to impress your dinner guests and are surprisingly easy to cook.
It's important that your pan is extremely hot, sear or fry for approx. 2 minutes on each side until the outside is golden and in the last minute and a knob of butter and baste away to bring out the natural nutty flavour.
