Too many years ago to think about (about 20!) we grew vegetables on our farm and ran a fresh fruit and vegetable box scheme for local people.
As part of this we produced weekly newsletters with updates about the farm and recipe ideas and at the time we produced a little book.
We thought it would be a bit of fun to dig out an old copy and put some of the recipes on the website.
They are intended to be ideas rather than strict guidelines to help you get the best our of your produce and can be served with or without meat. From carrots and potatoes to celeriac and kohl rabi, we hope to fuel your creativity!
