Busy Bees at Ashlyns!

We're busy restocking as fast as we can with dry goods such as pasta, wholewheat pasta and rice should be coming in very soon.

We've had some issues being able to get good quality fruit & vegetables, soft fruits being a particular bugbear, we're pleased to say that quality has now vastly improved.

Milk not lasting as well as it should has been a bit of problem so we are now sourcing all our semi skimmed and whole milk from elsewhere and it has a much longer use by date.

We've also had requests for fresh fish. Unfortunately at the moment our usual fishmonger has decided to close his doors temporarily during the lock down. We are working hard to find an alternative in the meantime.

Gary, Keith and James (couldn't get a photo of James!) are doing a fantastic job preparing all your meat daily, a little different to the volumes they usually produce! Animal welfare is of the utmost importance to us, it's our usual top notch quality, locally sourced and Farm Assured wherever possible.
