Fresh Fish is Back!

We now have a new local supplier of fresh fish.

Marrfish, based in Bishop's Stortford was born from a long standing and rich fishing heritage.

Going back over 150 years ago, the Marr family were pioneers of the trawling industry in the late 1800s, adopting new technologies and practices across the fishing industry making conditions better and improving quality of caught fish by trialing freezing at sea.

Fast forward 142 years and Marrfish was born. Drawing upon the knowledge and access the Marr family has to the UK’s top fishing waters and fish, we now supply top restaurants and hotels with the freshest fish.

PLEASE NOTE: Some fillets may be packed in 2's and frozen down – meaning you can easily pop them in the freezer when they arrive at your door.

Just a quick reminder for cut off times for placing orders. We have to change the next available delivery day at 12pm every day so that we can place our orders with our suppliers so that we can keep everything as fresh as possible. I have now added a calendar at checkout so that you can pick your preferred delivery day.

Deadlines are as follows

Friday for Tuesday delivery

Monday for Wednesday delivery

Tuesday for Thursday delivery

Wednesday for Friday delivery
